2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty (Backpacks)
BulletProofBackPacks, LLC (BPBP) offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects. This coverage lasts for two (2) years from the original purchase date.
If an item is deemed defective, a replacement of a similar item will be offered at the discretion of BPBP.
What is Covered: This Limited Warranty Program covers only defects in material and workmanship.
What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover damages caused or sustained by:
- Neglect, accidents, or misuse
- Abrasions or normal wear and tear
- Exposure to extreme temperatures, acids, water, or solvents
- Any form of transport damage
Shipping Damages If the item is damaged during shipping, it is the responsibility of the user to submit a claim with the transit company at the time the damage occurs. BulletProofBackPacks, LLC (BPBP) is not responsible for any transit damages to the backpacks.
5-Year Warranty (Backpack Pads)
The bulletproof backpack pads are covered by a separate 5-Year Warranty.
Critical Care Instruction:
- Do NOT soak in water.
- A water-soaked bulletproof pad can void the warranty.
- BulletProofBackPacks, LLC is not responsible for any water damage. Please ensure you keep the pad DRY.
How to File a Claim
Warranty requests are handled online.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide valid proof of purchase to initiate a claim.
- Evaluation: Once your claim is evaluated and approved, we will process your replacement.
- Shipping Fees: Please note that a shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of shipping from our fulfillment center to your destination. There are no product charges for the replacement item itself.
